Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC seeks a working supervisory leader to oversee the Environmental Services/Housekeeping team in a nursing center. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily tasks, manage inventory, and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met while controlling expenses.

You will train staff in cleaning, laundry, and maintenance tasks, collaborate with nurses and department leaders, and participate in infection prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Supervises housekeeping staff and coordinates daily work in a long-term care environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and ability to manage teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services staff across center to meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Plan shifts, coordinate with nursing and other departments, and ensure resident safety and comfort.
• Provide training on cleaning, laundry and maintenance tasks; monitor compliance with policies.
• Assist in developing and implementing housekeeping program and record-keeping systems.
• Respond to environmental services requests and emergencies, with 24-hour on-call coverage.
