Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Clean and maintain public and common areas (lobbies, restrooms, drinking fountains, floors).
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and remove dust from walls, mirrors, windows, fixtures, and dispensers.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols, including signage and proper chemical storage.
• Operate cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Keep carts, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report safety concerns to Director or Administrator promptly.
• Notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks.
• Work independently or in a team to meet facility standards.
