Job summary

The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place is seeking a Housekeeper to join the team and maintain a clean and safe patient care environment onsite in Williamsburg, Virginia.

This full-time day-shift role offers a pay range of $17-$19/hour, with benefits after 30 days, tuition assistance of $3000 per year, daily pay options, and a PTO package. CPR and de-escalation certifications may be required; prior healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Basic reading, writing and spoken English sufficient to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning and custodial tasks to maintain sanitation and safety of the facility.
• Cleans rooms, bathrooms, offices and halls; uses buffers and other cleaning equipment as needed.
• Transports soiled linens and disposes of waste following infection control standards.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and prepares rooms for meetings or events.
