You'll support infection control, safety compliance, and patient wellbeing within a 150-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. As a team member, you will handle duties with attention to detail, reliability, and empathy for older adults, contributing to a welcoming environment and high-quality

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 16 years of age required.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Custodial, janitorial, housekeeping and/or laundry experience preferred.
• Individuals under 18 cannot use dangerous equipment such as compactors.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English at an intermediate or higher level.

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, offices and common areas.
• Disinfect floors, furniture, and high-touch surfaces.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Safely handle cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Assist with room turnover after discharges or transfers.
• Collect and dispose of trash in a safe, sanitary manner.
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Follow all fire and facility safety guidelines.
