Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and maintain tile floors; may strip or wax floors per center procedures.
• Vacuum carpeted rooms as applicable.
• Empty trash, clean interiors/exteriors, and replace liners.
• Clean bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets following procedures.
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, pictures, and windows.
• Dust and damp-clean surfaces in patient/resident rooms.
• Move furniture to access under and behind areas for cleaning.
• Follow infection-control standards during cleaning.
• Address wax/dirt buildup around baseboards and doorways.
• Change curtains for outside windows and re-hang as needed.
