You will follow infection-prevention practices, cleaning schedules, and safety procedures, using PPE as required, and you will respect residents’ privacy while performing routine duties.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to HIPAA and facility policies to ensure high-quality daily cleanliness.

Formación

• Ability to understand and follow cleaning, infection-control, and safety instructions.
• Experience in healthcare housekeeping preferred but not required.
• Must complete facility orientation and training.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and clean floors and surfaces per procedures.
• Dispose of waste following infection-control practices.
• Use PPE when required and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and supplies in order.
• Report hazards or spills to supervisors promptly.
• Respect residents’ privacy and dignity.
• Comply with HIPAA and facility policies.
