Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep a long-term care facility clean and safe. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow infection control policies, and provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.

The position offers on-site work with benefits and opportunities for hands-on training and career development. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required, and candidates must live in the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of all areas following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
