Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to keep a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will support resident well‑being by maintaining cleanliness, following safety guidelines, and delivering excellent service to residents and staff.

Starting pay is $13.50 per hour with additional benefits offered. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude. Training provided; vaccination policy compliance preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
