PruittHealth is seeking a Housekeeper HCC to provide cleaning services that ensure a safe, sanitary, and homelike environment for residents, staff, and the public in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, bathroom cleaning, dusting, and following infection control standards. On-the-job training is provided, with preferred experience in healthcare housekeeping and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• On-the-job training provided.
• Healthcare housekeeping experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsabilités

• Sweeps, damp mops, and wet mops tile floors; may spray buff, strip or wax floors per center procedures.
• Vacuum carpeted rooms as applicable.
• Empty trash, clean interior/exterior, replace liner.
• Clean bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets per procedures.
• Clean glass surfaces: mirrors, pictures, windows.
• Dust and clean surfaces behind furnishings and in patient/resident rooms.
• Follow infection control standards during cleaning.
• Remove wax/dirt buildup in corners, baseboards, and doorways.
• Change curtains and draperies for outside windows as needed; re-hang curtains.
• Move furniture to clean behind/underneath as required.
• Dust/damp clean surfaces in patient/resident rooms; use wet floor signs as needed.
• Move furniture to access areas for cleaning.
