Stonehill Communities in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean spaces for residents, staff, and visitors. Duties include cleaning rooms, dusting, mopping, and disinfecting bathrooms, with attention to privacy and confidentiality.

This full-time role follows a regular cleaning schedule, includes first shift 7:00am-3:30pm, and requires every other weekend and holiday. Benefits include pay based on experience and a referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Professional, pleasant and helpful attitude.
• Capable of respecting privacy and confidential information.
• Must complete mandatory yearly in-service training.

Responsabilités

• Clean individual rooms as assigned, dusting, mopping, or scrubbing floors as needed.
• Dust furniture, clean beds and rails with disinfectant.
• Vacuum carpets and drapes; empty wastebaskets and remove waste from residents' rooms.
• Clean bathrooms and replace supplies; disinfect toilets.
• Follow a regular cleaning schedule for daily, monthly, and annual tasks.
• Maintain common areas tidy and orderly; assist as needed.
