The Patient Service Representative (PSR) at MaineHealth will greet patients, answer telephones, and schedule appointments while performing general clerical duties. This is a limited-time role with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants, prorated for part-time positions, not available to per-diem hires.

Responsibilities include front-desk support and ensuring efficient patient flow. The pay range is $19.87–$23.75 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a prorated compensation structure

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilités
