Job summary

CommuniCare Lewisburg Healthcare Center in Ronceverte, WV is seeking a Full Time Receptionist to greet callers and visitors, direct them to the right person, and handle messages and scheduling. You will support administrative tasks and participate in trainings to maintain licensure and team certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist experience required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and direct caller to appropriate individual or department.
• Take accurate messages when personnel are unavailable and ensure accurate delivery.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required.
• Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide administrative support as assigned.
• Participate in scheduled training, educational classes, and orientation programs.
