Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Floor Technician at Ascension All Saints in Mount Pleasant, WI. The position covers both full-time and part-time schedules with rotating weekends and holidays.

Prior floor care experience is required, and pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour depending on shift and qualifications. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Strip and refinish hard floors; burnish, spray clean and spray buff as needed.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Clean carpets and upholstery: shampooing, damp surfaces, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance/restoration for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
