Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring immediately for full-time Floor Technician positions at Prisma Health Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC. The role involves floor maintenance and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Shifts are 5:00 am–1:30 pm and 3:00 pm–11:30 pm; prior floor care experience is required, with pay between $18.50 and $25.25 per hour. Crothall offers benefits for full-time staff and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and making a difference in patient

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard-surface floor maintenance and refinishing procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning incl. shampooing and extractions.
• Complete maintenance/restoration for all floor surfaces.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
