Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Montgomery, AL is hiring immediately for a full-time Floor Technician. The role covers floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment in a hospital environment.

Qualifications include prior floor care experience, knowledge of floor care equipment, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Schedule is 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:00 pm–11:30 pm; days may vary. All applications are accepted online and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care technician experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of floor maintenance principles and proper hard floor care procedures.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
