Qualifications

• Experience as floor tech or janitorial in healthcare preferred.
• Familiar with floor care equipment and cleaning products.
• Willing to take on light maintenance tasks.
• Strong work ethic, time management, and attention to detail.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean, strip, wax, buff, and maintain all facility floors.
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and extractors.
• Assist with carpet cleaning and surface maintenance.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Keep floors clean, safe, and presentable.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Complete light maintenance tasks like cleaning AC filters and painting.
• Maintain a routine floor care schedule and light maintenance duties.
