Job summary

You will clean, maintain, and safeguard all facility floors, operate floor care equipment, and support light maintenance tasks to keep residents and staff safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Clean, strip, wax, buff, and maintain all facility floors.
• Operate floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, etc.).
• Assist with carpet cleaning and surface maintenance.
• Follow all safety and infection control procedures.
• Ensure all floors remain clean, safe, and presentable.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Complete light maintenance tasks assigned by the maintenance supervisor, such as cleaning AC filters and painting.
• Maintain a schedule of routine floor care and light maintenance duties.
