Thrivemore is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment across our community. You will perform floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing hard floors, while following facility standards and infection control protocols.

The role requires ability to operate cleaning equipment, follow safety procedures, and work with residents and staff in a healthcare setting. Shift is 7am–3:30pm, with on-site responsibilities at the community.

Formación

• Knowledge of cleaning methods, sanitation, and floor equipment handling.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Understanding infection control and universal precautions in healthcare or residential settings.
• Physical ability to lift and move supplies during repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Dependability and flexibility to adapt to facility scheduling needs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform floor care including stripping, waxing, buffing, and refinishing floors.
• Clean, spot-treat carpets and complete deep-cleaning projects.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment and report malfunctions.
• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain clean common areas and assist with special projects as needed.
