Responsibilities include routine floor cleaning, carpet care, operating floor machines, following OSHA/CDC guidelines, and maintaining logs. The right candidate communicates well and works with staff to ensure quiet, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, strip, wax, buff, polish, and deep-clean hard floors.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and water-extract carpets and rugs.
• Safely operate and maintain heavy floor machinery (buffers, burnishers, auto-scrubbers, extractors).
• Follow facility, OSHA, and CDC guidelines to reduce pathogens and handle chemicals properly.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of floor care activities and report hazards.
