Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial analysis, healthcare reimbursement, or cost accounting.
• Experience in managed care contracting or payer analytics preferred.
• CPA/HFMA or CMA credentials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop profitability testing and reimbursement models for plans and contracts.
• Analyze utilization and financial data for leadership review.
• Verify accuracy of managed care payments and identify variances.
• Assist review and negotiation of managed care contract language with CFO.
• Support data analysis using regional benchmarks.
• Provide data and recommendations for planning and decision support.
• Prepare financial reports and reimbursement analyses for executives.
• Ensure data integrity and regulatory/commercial compliance.
