Job summary

WellSpan Health is seeking a Finance Manager/Business Manager to provide fiscal leadership and business counseling to system operations and service lines. The role emphasizes collaboration with entity leaders, budgeting, performance improvement and development of fiscal management processes to support operations.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 5 years of experience, and a CPA or CPA-preferred status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• Master's degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of work experience required
• Certified Public Accountant is preferred

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides financial guidance in support of business operations and performance management.
• Collaborates with operations leadership in developing and monitoring financial performance metrics.
• Manages revenue and expense functions within their areas of responsibility with data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
• Works with other departments and service lines to support operations and fiscal performance.
• Participates in ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to Senior Management as requested.
