• Rising senior undergrad graduating in 2028 and enrolled in a bachelor’s program.
• Pursuing a degree in finance, healthcare management, or related area.
• Completion of finance or accounting courses.

Responsabilités

• Develop financial operations improvement initiatives for a large multi-specialty physician group.
• Analyze program and service line profitability.
• Assist financial operations to maximize hospital efficiency and effectiveness.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and generate revenue and expense reports.
• Track new expenses and conduct reconciliation activities as needed.
• Work on data-oriented projects and present results to leadership after the internship.
• Participate in hospital tours and volunteer opportunities to understand organizational activities.
• Engage with Senior Leadership and attend networking events.
