The role emphasizes healthcare finance expertise, leadership of a finance team, and collaboration with executives to drive financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
10–12 years accounting/finance experience, preferably healthcare.
3–5 years senior leadership experience (Controller or equivalent).
GAAP, healthcare reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.

Responsibilities

Directs financial reporting and general accounting functions.
Leads budgeting and external audit processes.
Oversees revenue cycle, admitting, and patient financial services.
