Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business with Accounting Concentration.
• 7-10 years of experience in Financial Accounting activities.
• 5+ years of Supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and oversees accounting functions across the organization.
• Manages month-end close, ledgers, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepares financial statements and board materials.
• Coordinates annual financial audit with external auditors.
• Ensures compliance with FASB, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees payroll and accounts payable processes.
• Provides financial analysis to senior leadership.
