Job summary
HD Supply in Dallas, TX is seeking a Field Account Representative for Healthcare Accounts to drive profitable sales growth. You will prospect new accounts, retain existing ones, and expand opportunities within healthcare and related industries to meet yearly sales goals.
You will develop strategic plans, leverage CRM tools, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver value. The role requires operation of a personal vehicle, travel, and adherence to company policies; a clean MVR
Qualifications
- BS/BA in a related field and 2–5 years of sales experience.
- Experience with CRM and consultative selling.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains strong sales relationships with key decision makers and influencers across all levels of an organization.
- Manages sales volume with existing customers while actively prospecting and acquiring new customers.
- Develops and implements plans to expand business presence in the assigned area.
- Shares market insights and competitor information to foster partnerships.
- Collaborates with leadership to analyze market trends and customer needs for sales strategies.
- Attends monthly business meetings and represents the organization at events when needed.
