Job summary

SJS Executives, LLC is seeking experienced plumbers for an upcoming contract in Montgomery and Tuskegee, Alabama, supporting two federal medical facilities. The role requires at least 3 years of plumbing experience in commercial/healthcare environments and a Real ID for access to federal properties.

The position pays $31.80/hr including Health and Welfare, with 11 paid federal holidays and 56 hours of sick leave annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial/industrial/healthcare plumbing experience.
• Valid Real ID required for access to federal facilities.
• Must pass drug test and a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Test plumbing joints, piping, and systems for leaks.
• Install, repair, and replace valves, piping, and plumbing components.
• Inspect and test plumbing systems after repairs or installations.
• Perform routine inspections of piping, fittings, fixtures, and equipment.
• Disassemble or fabricate replacement sections of damaged piping.
• Repair and maintain toilets, sinks, faucets, and drains.
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance work.
• Perform preventive and corrective repairs on plumbing systems.
• Document completed work and report issues.
• Follow federal safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
