Job summary

Witham Health Services seeks a skilled Plant Operations Specialist to perform daily facility operations and respond to maintenance needs across Witham facilities in Lebanon, IN. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, safety, and reliable care environments.

You will work with the Plant Operations team to maintain systems, coordinate with vendors, and support hospital infrastructure to ensure safe, compliant operations for patients and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Vocational training or apprenticeship preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a commercial/industrial trade field.
• Valid Indiana driver's license required.
• Ability to communicate by telephone for callbacks as needed.
• Flexible schedule: days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs across WHS facilities.
• Maintain low voltage, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Respond to codes and facility needs as assigned by Plant Operations leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments for service and upgrades.
• Maintain organized work areas and documentation for repairs and PMs.
