You will handle routine upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance for interior and exterior areas, following safety standards and regulatory guidelines.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with facility leadership to address repairs efficiently while maintaining clean, safe premises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance experience in healthcare or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to perform basic carpentry, painting, and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate maintenance needs with facility leadership and document work.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain building systems and equipment.
• Perform routine seasonal grounds and property upkeep.
• Complete minor carpentry, painting, drywall, and hardware repairs.
• Maintain and repair plumbing fixtures and light pumps.
• Assist with fire alarm and nurse call system maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and records of tools and parts.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to urgent requests.
