Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Woodward Hospital in Woodward, OK is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Tech for the day shift to support safe, reliable hospital operations. The technician will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections across facility systems and infrastructure.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of maintenance experience, and enrollment in an INTEGRIS Health-approved apprentice program within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Must be enrolled in an INTEGRIS Health-approved apprentice program within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and installations across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, utility, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and infrastructure issues and complete emergency repairs to minimize operational disruptions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to improve system reliability and reduce equipment downtime.
• Monitor and support utility systems, including compressed air and emergency power systems.
• Perform general facility upkeep, including minor repairs, painting, and related maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, equipment performance, and associated costs.
• Coordinate with hospital staff, vendors, and facility leadership to complete maintenance activities with minimal impact to operations.
• Ensure compliance with Life Safety, Environment of Care, State Fire Marshal, OSHA, infection control, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Follow safe work practices, including lockout/tagout, hot work, and confined space procedures.
• Support a safe and functional environment for patients, visitors, and staff through effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.
