Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• 1–2 years related maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make preventive maintenance rounds.
• Log and date all equipment checks and tests.
• Log and date all preventive repairs and routine replacements (e.g. filter changes, part dilapidation).
• Perform all routine, damage, and cosmetic repairs.
• Perform all required outdoor maintenance and cosmetic repair.
• Attend and participate in training and orientation programs to maintain quality of care.
• Maintain and follow departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, safety and infection control standards.
