Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years in building maintenance preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility a plus.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Polite and courteous demeanor with residents and staff.
• Ability to multi-task and flexible shift availability.
• Ability to meet physical demands (stand, bend, lift 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing preventative maintenance for the facility and equipment.
• Performs repairs and keeps logs and reports up to date.
• Ensures compliance with State and Federal codes.
• Maintains a clean, safe maintenance workshop at all times.
• Reads refrigerator and water temperatures daily.
• Adheres to FutureCare's purchase order procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
