Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, stairs/ladders, lifting 50+ lbs).
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards; exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and repair them.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management to ensure system efficiency.
• Inspect installations for Code and safety compliance.
• Follow procedures to solve straightforward problems with clear communication.
• Deliver outputs under supervision per defined procedures.
