Job summary

Forefront is a healthcare-focused service provider seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the facility safe, functional, and compliant. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a professional manner within the client site, contributing to overall facility safety and reliability.

Salary ranges from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, with full-time benefits available and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
General knowledge of building maintenance incl. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, drawings, and safety instructions.
Basic computer skills for work order and maintenance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
Perform routine repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Assist with inspections, safety checks, and fire/life safety compliance activities.
Support equipment moves, minor installations, and facility improvements.
Maintain accurate documentation of completed tasks and follow safety protocols.
