Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Arlington is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient operation of our behavioral healthcare facility. The role involves preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across building systems on-site in Arlington, TX.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety-conscious, and experienced with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment repairs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; hospital maintenance experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical or trade school training preferred.
• Experience with hospital or healthcare facility maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of equipment and systems.
• Replace air filters and dispose of waste per safety guidelines.
• Support on-call rotation and respond to emergencies as needed.
