Peabody Health and Rehab in Peabody, KS is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the physical plant. You will ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe for residents, staff and visitors, performing preventative and restorative maintenance as needed.

You will also negotiate with outside vendors and ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in healthcare maintenance, 1 year supervising others, and a valid

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations.
• 1 year of experience supervising others, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate Windows 10 computer, read, write, and speak English.
• Experience with electronic work order system in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the physical plant to keep it in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform preventative and restorative maintenance as needed.
• Negotiate and contract with outside vendors as required.
• Follow federal, state, county and city codes and regulations.
