Qualifications

Minimum 4 years experience in a maintenance role or similar.
Experience in nursing home or healthcare facility settings required.
HVAC certification is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance operations to keep the facility safe and functional.
Manage preventative maintenance programs and equipment repairs.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
Supervise maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
Maintain critical facility systems including boilers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
