Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public and common areas including lobbies, restrooms, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails and remove dirt, dust, and debris from surfaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners; sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions.
• Report safety concerns and supply needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and work well independently or in a team.
