Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and floors.
• Ensure resident rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
• Wipe down handrails to keep them free of dust.
• Remove dirt, dust, and debris from walls, mirrors, and windows.
• Empty trash cans and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility.
• Follow safety protocols and store chemicals securely.
• Operate cleaning equipment and supplies according to instructions.
• Keep housekeeping carts and storage areas clean and organized.
• Report safety concerns to the Director of Housekeeping or Nursing staff.
• Notify the Director of Housekeeping when supplies need replenishment.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
• Manage time effectively and complete tasks efficiently.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet facility standards.
