Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms using established procedures
• Clean, dust, wipe furniture; sweep and mop floors; empty trash
• Set up facilities for meetings, classrooms, events
• Strip, clean, buff floors; apply sealer/finish
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, etc.)
• Wash walls/equipment; use ladders as needed
• Lock/unlock buildings; secure premises after hours
• Follow chemical safety instructions
• Remove snow/debris within sixteen feet of buildings
• Move furniture and supplies as needed
• Clean windows and blinds; launder rags and mops
• Respond to emergencies
• Attend staff meetings
• Sort/recycle materials
• Safely operate vehicles and related equipment
• Support clinical policies and OSHA health and safety guidelines
• Perform related duties
• Other duties as assigned
