Mountain Laurel Recovery Center in Westfield, PA is seeking a Housekeeper to keep the facility clean, safe and welcoming for residents and staff.

You will perform daily cleaning, laundry duties, room preparation, and use commercial buffers and vacuums while following infection control standards. This on site role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and prior housekeeping experience in healthcare or clinical settings is preferred. CPR and de-escalation certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, speaking English sufficient for instructions/directions.
• Experience in housekeeping in healthcare or clinical settings preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleaning and custodial tasks to maintain cleanliness of facility.
• Sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, polishes fixtures, and cleans bathrooms.
• Cleans rooms, offices, labs, and halls using buffers, scrubbers, and equipment.
• Operates washers and dryers; launders linens as directed.
• Maintains infection control standards and inventories supplies.
• Prepares rooms for meetings and arranges decorations and furniture.
