Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or Healthcare field.
• Experience leading health service and/or facility master planning and programming.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to Advanced).

Responsibilities

• Guide the strategic vision of health system facility planning initiatives.
• Lead health system facility master planning, programming, and capital planning activities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Lead project delivery, manage timelines, and address project risks to achieve objectives.
