Forvis Mazars US is seeking a Healthcare Facility and Capital Planning consultant to guide growth and optimize capacity for healthcare systems. This role supports engagement teams with data analysis, planning concepts, and collaboration across service lines.

You will work with healthcare professionals and designers to translate needs into strategic facility and capital plans, building relationships and delivering actionable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or architecture-related discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in healthcare planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Guide the vision and direction of healthcare organizations to drive growth and achieve needed capacity.
• Continuously learn and develop technical expertise relevant to our consulting practice and the healthcare clients we serve.
• Collaborate effectively both independently and within team environments.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across service lines to support business development.
• Support engagement teams on client-facing and internal projects, including data analysis and delivery of results.
