Job summary

nadc is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead facilities management, oversee service contracts, and ensure regulatory readiness for clinical spaces. The role includes coordinating construction projects, managing budgets, and leveraging CMMS/BAS for asset history and work orders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility maintenance, risk mitigation, and vendor management, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field.
• Preferred: Master’s degree or certifications such as CFM or CPSM.
• Ability to attain 3rd class boilers license within 1 year (365 Days)

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Manage service contracts, vendor relationships, and budgets.
• Coordinate construction and renovation projects as owner's representative.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and documentation for clinical spaces.
• Use CMMS to track work orders and asset history.
• Lead safety rounds and compliance inspections.
