Job summary

Qualifications

• In accordance with federal regulations, possession of a valid Real ID is a requirement.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in general engineering, design, construction, or facilities project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (required).
• PE license preferred but not required.
• Healthcare facility design/construction experience is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, fire/life safety and ADA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead project tasks under CAM Supervisor for SCIP initiatives.
• Develop designs, specifications, and cost estimates; perform site reconnaissance.
• Provide engineering/architectural guidance to internal teams and leadership.
• Manage construction and maintenance projects, including scheduling and site inspections.
• Review contractor submittals for contract compliance; coordinate with A/E firms.
• Develop in-house designs and construction documents compliant with codes.
