Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree or technical training in facilities management, construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Previous hospital or healthcare facility management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of hospital property management, maintenance, and facility services.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate department schedules and assignments.
• Ensure buildings, grounds, equipment, and utility systems are maintained and compliant with standards.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance response.
