Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the daily operation and maintenance of our facilities across the network. You will supervise Plant Maintenance, Plant Operations and Grounds, ensuring safety, compliance, and an efficient environment for patients and staff.

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, you will manage scheduling, budgeting, and data presentation for the Physical Environment program, participate in rounds, and mentor staff to uphold quality care and reliable

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing and electrical trades with healthcare facilities experience.
• Minimum 2 years healthcare facilities engineering experience or 5 years in related commercial work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities.
• Supervise Plant Maintenance, Plant Operations and Grounds.
• Assist Director of Facilities with scheduling, budgeting and performance reports.
• Maintain safety, compliance and quality through Joint Commission readiness and data.
