Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out work assignments as directed by supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to facility systems and equipment.
• Operate lawn, hand, and power tools safely.
• Conduct daily facility tours to identify maintenance needs and address requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident records and respect resident rights.
