Job summary

FutureCare in Baltimore is seeking a Maintenance/EVS Director to lead our facility's maintenance and environmental services program, ensuring safety, reliability and regulatory compliance. You will oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, budgets, staff supervision, and coordination with contractors, with a focus on efficient, compliant operations in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications include a college degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years in plant

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in plant engineering and maintenance supervision.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation systems, carpentry, plumbing and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repairs/improvements for facility systems to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.
• Maintain safety records and produce required reports.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors at the facility.
• Provide ongoing preventative maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Inspect maintenance work for quality and safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Adhere to budgetary guidelines for supplies and POs.
