Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years janitorial experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain clean floors.
• Dispose of waste in accordance with policies.
• Restock supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with facilities team to complete tasks efficiently.
