Job Summary

**Relocation Assistance Available**

This role oversees kitchen operations, directing meal preparation according to corporate programs and guidelines within an acute care setting in Manteca, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans menus according to guidelines
• Trains kitchen staff in food prep, safety, sanitation, and equipment operation
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules
• Manages inventory of supplies within guidelines
• Ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A.S. degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of culinary/kitchen management experience
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, food cost controls, presentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet
• Extensive catering experience a plus
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations is desirable
• ServSafe certification preferred
